Founded by Kayode Faturoti and Kyle Johnson, in 2024, these two sought out to create Homevy with just one mission — to completely redefine hospitality. As seasoned travelers and property owners themselves, they saw the gaps in both property management and vacation rentals. They envisioned a company that would bridge these gaps, creating exceptional experiences for both property owners and guests alike.

These aren’t hypothetical scenarios – they were the real experiences of Kyle and Kayode, two global entrepreneurs who had seen both sides of property management.
Their story begins in the heart of Dubai, where both were juggling their property investments while constantly traveling for business. Kyle, having experienced the frustrations as a guest across three continents, found himself asking the same question that kept Kayode up at night: “Why isn't there a property management company that actually treats these homes like their own?"
The turning point came during a chance meeting. Kyle and Kayode discovered they shared not just similar frustrations, but an identical vision for hospitality.
And thus, Homevy was born.
