Compare Dubai holiday homes, Airbnb and property management companies on what they charge, what the fee covers, how big they really are, what they publish about contracts and payouts, and what their reviews say. Then compare each one against us.
Every fee comes from the company's own published pages. Where a figure is their claim rather than a verified number, we say so on the page.
Review figures are ratings and counts together. A 4.5 across 2,700 reviews reads differently from a 4.5 across 11.
Portfolio sizes are cross-checked against third-party listing counts where a company publishes its own number.
We are a competitor. Every claim we make about ourselves is labelled as ours, same as theirs.
Why we did it
Fees, portfolios, and reviews in Dubai property management are rarely transparent. Costs surface only after the pitch, portfolios are self-reported, and ratings show no counts.
We're a management company too, and we built this anyway, because the information should be public and we're willing to be judged the same way we judge everyone else.

Dubai property management reviews
What each company manages, what it charges where it is published, how big it actually is, what it says about contracts and payouts, and what its reviews say.
Side by side on management fee, what falls inside and outside it, portfolio size, technology, contract terms and reviews. Where they are the better fit for your property, we say so on the page.
Homevy runs a flat 20% with no onboarding fee, and publishes what the fee covers and what it does not. Send us the property and we will tell you what it should be earning, whether you sign with us or not.
