The fee is unpublished, and the strategy call may not be yours: StoneTree doesn't state whether it charges a fixed fee or a percentage, and StoneTree Lab says it selects between short-term and long-term by market conditions. Ask who holds that decision, and what it does to your projection.
Guest reviews are mixed on deposits and maintenance: Several guest reviews published in 2023 and 2024 report delayed deposit refunds and slow maintenance, while others praise quick responses.
