The Quick Answer

NOX Holiday Homes suits an owner comfortable settling the commercial terms in conversation, with a company whose published record spans two trading names. Homevy suits an owner who wants intentional hospitality for guests, increased rental income, and full transparency.

NOX Holiday Homes' Genuine Strengths

Three we'd credit.

Furnishing priced in public: its brochure prices Deluxe and Premium packages by bedroom count, AED 45,000 to AED 80,000 plus VAT, with a 14-day readiness timeline

An owner portal with live access to past, current and future reservations, property expenses, occupancy and statements of accounts, plus self-reservation.

A named person on the owner page: its General Manager appears by name with a stated role. Front-line staff were thanked by name in most of the positive Google reviews we read, too.

Limitations Worth Considering with NOX Holiday Homes

Three things to check, all on their own pages.

What the percentage covers: its FAQ says the fee "covers everything from marketing to guest services" and names no percentage. Across seven pages there's no fee basis and no exclusion list, so you can't tell whether cleaning, linen, maintenance parts, DEWA or permit renewal come out of your share or theirs.

Two portfolio counts, one website: its owner page counted 300+ properties managed and its About page 100+ luxury properties, both live in September 2026. Worth asking how many homes share the team.

Owner billing: three reviewers identifying themselves as property owners appear in its 100-review Google base. Two of the three reported charges billed without invoices or receipts, one posted about a year before September 2026 and one about four months before.
