Whether you’re an entrepreneur looking for your next business spot or you’re seeking a vibrant community to call home, you’re in the right place.
As of 2024, Business Bay boasts over 240 completed buildings, with a mix of commercial, residential, and mixed-use structures. The district also houses a population of over 150,000 residents, a significant increase from its initial projections in 2003.

Getting around Business Bay is super easy, whether you’re commuting to work or exploring the neighborhood. Let’s break down your options below.
Business Bay is served by two metro stations on the Red Line. The Business Bay Metro Station sits along Sheikh Zayed Road, directly opposite Bay Avenue Mall in Dubai’s Business Bay district. The station operates from 5 AM to 12 AM on weekdays — and up until 1 AM on weekends, connecting passengers to Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, and Dubai International Airport — via the Red Line.
The station has four exits: Exit 1 leads to Bay Avenue and Executive Towers, Exit 2 connects to Churchill Towers, Exit 3 serves the west side of Sheikh Zayed Road, and Exit 4 links to the Paramount Towers. Each exit is equipped with escalators and elevators for easy access.
Homevy Tip: If you’re heading to the Dubai Water Canal promenade, use Exit 1 and follow the signs – it’s just a 5-minute walk from the station.
Another way to get around Business Bay is via water. Especially if you want to travel in style. Water taxis glide along the Dubai Water Canal, offering a great view of the city. The RTA’s marine transport service connects Business Bay to Dubai Marina and other waterfront destinations.
Homevy Tip: Always book your water taxi through the RTA app for a stress free travel.
