The JVC community is organized into nine main districts, numbered from 10 to 19. Districts 10 to 15 are divided into parts within the circle, and they all have the same layout.
District 19 is the community’s central district and comprises four-bedroom villas arranged in a circular fashion around a grassy area called Central Park. It is the only gated area of JVC.

If you have a car, living anywhere in Dubai is easy. Just plug your destination into Google Maps and you’re good to go. But if we’re being specific, JVC is best if you’re mobile – ie, on four wheels. If you’re not, getting around JVC may be a little hectic.

While Jumeirah Village Circle cannot be directly accessed by metro, there are metro stations at the Mall of the Emirates and Jumeirah Lakes Towers. You can easily use an RTA taxi service to the metro, or outrightly to where you’re going. However, using a taxi – to your final destination, everyday, could be relatively expensive.
Also, the metro systems connect to neighboring communities from the Sheikh Zayed Road stations, starting with a line connecting Al Maktoum Airport Station. The metro rotates around communities and goes all the way to Dubai’s Red Line system.
In Jumeirah Village Circle, buses are easy to catch since stops are close to key spots. The J01 bus runs on a schedule of 20 minutes to the Mall of the Emirates. Just grab an NOL card; it works across all RTA transport options and makes getting around much easier.
